Dear Brockville Community Choir Members and Interested Singers

We are eager to continue our 40^th year and the Winter/Spring Session with our Artistic Director Madelyn Mensen and our Collaborative Artist Abe TeGrotenhuis.

The regular Winter/Spring Session will start Wednesday, January 7th, 2026. Registration for returning and prospective members is Wednesday January 7th and 14th at 6:30pm at St. Lawrence Anglican Church  followed by a rehearsal at 7:00pm. Regular rehearsals will take place in the church proper each Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00pm. Prospective members may attend three rehearsals prior to formally joining the choir. Membership dues will remain: Individuals at $100 per session and Students – free.

Our Spring Concert will take place at St. Lawrence Anglican Church, 80 Pine Street, Brockville the afternoon of Sunday, May 24^th 2026. Selections for the Spring Concert will feature Canadian choral music. Please save the date and check our website for updates!

In addition to our regular Winter/Spring session and Spring concert, under the auspices of our R. A. Millar Living Legacy Grant, the choir is hosting a choral workshop and concert by the Elmer Iseler Singers. The workshop and concert (under the direction of Lydia Adams, C.M.) are the afternoon of Saturday, April 18^th 2026 at St. Lawrence Anglican Church.

While our rehearsals and concerts are subject to public health guidelines, at this time, all COVID related restrictions are suspended. For members of the choir and audience masking is optional. In any case, singers ought not to attend if they have any respiratory or influenza symptoms.
